SUPERIO-UT is a high heat-resistant engineering plastic films developed with Mitsubishi Plastics’ film-forming technology using ULTEM (Polyether

-imide resin) of GE Plastics (USA).

SUPERIO-UT是以SABIC的ULTEM(Polyether-imide)为原料，采用三菱树脂***的压膜技术，开发出来的一款***工程塑料薄膜。

There are two types of product, conventionally ‘E-type’, and new product ‘F-type’. F-type is superior to E-type in solvent and heat resistance under the

stress. It is a heat-resistant insulation material that lends itself to use for the applications that are required solvent resistance.

目前有两种型号"E-TYPE"和"F-TYPE"。"F-TYPE"的耐温性能及***性更优于"E-TYPE"

Characteristics 特性

1.Acquired UL-94V-0, VTM-0 with non-halogen

完全非卤的阻燃材料并且取得了UL-94 V-0/VTM-0认证

2.Mechanical properties 机械性能

－Excellent mechanical properties as an engineering plastics. (High tensile strength, crack-resistant)

***的机械性能的工程塑料。 （抗拉强度高，抗裂）

3. Electrical properties 电气性能

－Stable electrical properties (good low frequency characteristic and low temperature dependence)

稳定的电气特性（良好的低频特性和低温的依赖）

4. Heat resistance 耐热性

－ Superior Glass transition temperature among the thermoplastic resin which is 200℃ or more.

玻化温度在200℃以上

－ When heated up to 210℃, change in dimens ion is small.

在加热到210℃以上的情况下，依然可以保持良好的尺寸稳定性。

5. Chemical resistance 耐化学腐蚀性

－Excellent chemical resistance against aliphatic hydrocarbons, acid and dilute alkali.

***的耐化学性(脂肪烃，酸和稀碱)。

Especially, F-type has high chemical resistance against Polar solvent.

特别是F型具有很高的耐化学性对极性溶剂。
