Aramid paper is of high temperature insulation paper made of pure aramid fiber and exhibits numerous excellent properties such as high strength, low deformation, heat resistance, flame resistance, resistance to chemicals, good dielectric property and etc.

Product Application of insulating paper

It can be widely used in dry-type transformers, special transformers, microwave oven transformers, HID ballasts and other transformers as turn to turn insulation, interlayer insulation and insulation end.

It can also be used in metallurgy, lifting, hauling, mining, explosion-proof, marine, wind power and other special motors and generators as slot insulation, liner insulation and turn insulation, It has temperature insulation rating of 220°C and can provide higher level of electrical equipment security.

Aramid paper is approved by UL, its file No. is E331406. Flame class is VTM-0 or V-0, RTI is 210C degree. We have the following types: YT510, YT511, YT516, YT564 and YT56.

YT564 is calendered meta-aramid insulating paper and has high mechanical & dielelctric strength, good glue affinity and composite capacity. Thickness is from 0.04mm to 0.13mm, typical width is 980mm.YT564 can be used for composited with film to make flexible material.

YT511 is uncalendered meta-aramid paper and has low density, excellent impregnating and saturating performance. Thickness is from 0.13mm to 0.58mm. Its typical width is 965mm.YT511 can be used in many fields such as motor phase insulation and transformer coil-end insulation.

YT516 is calendered meta-aramid paper and has low halogen content. Thickness is from 0.05mm to 0.76mm. Typical width is 965mm.YT516 can be used in Lithium battery and other consumed electronic products and household application.

YT510 is calendered aramid insulating paper, has high dielectric strength, mechanical strength, mechanical strength, flexibility and resilience. Thickness is from 0.05mm to 0.76mm (2mil to 30mil). Its thickness is from 0.05mm to 0.76mm.YT510 can be used in transformer, motor and generators for inter turn insulation, interlayer insulation and ends insulation.
